A 90th minute Adam Naismith goal won us the three points for us against a much improved Strathspey team tonight.
In what was a scrappy first half with chance few and far between and very little good football played Strathspey took the lead shortly before halftime when ex Clach player Gordon Macnab found David Ritchie and his shot was blocked by new keeper Kinnaird but it fell to Ronnie Jones to shot home. Ritchi then had a chance a minute later but he shot over when clean through

Whatever was said at the half time team talk seemed to work as we came out for the second half looking a different team and within two minutes of the restart we were level when Gordy Morrison curled a free kick high into the net from the edge of the box.
We were well on top now as we pushed them back and we were starting to make chances but poor finishing and excellent goalkeeping by Flett kept us out until anothe ball inot the box was met by Gordy Morrison who headed it low past the keeper to put us into the lead.
We kept going forward but yet again keeper Flett was keeping us out stopping firstly Smith then Morrison as we piled on the pressure as we tried to make the match secure.
But as so often happens with only six minutes left Strathspey came forward looking for an equaliser and they got it when David Ritchie hit the ball on the half volley from the edge of the box and his shot found the top corner via the underside of the bar.
That goal stunned us but we pushe don again and then just on the 90 minute Gordy Morrison broke down the right before cutting the ball back where Adam Naismith met it and shot home from close range to win us the game.
After a poor first half it was a much improved performance in the second and we really should have been out of sight long before they equalised late on.
